How long does shipping take for UK and international orders?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm the same working day. UK orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail, while international shipping can take between 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Are Uberbike brake pads compatible with all major brands?
Yes, we manufacture high-performance brake pads compatible with Shimano, SRAM, Magura, Hope, and Formula systems. Please use our website filters to select your specific brake model to ensure a perfect fit.
What is your return policy for components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that once components have been fitted to a bicycle, they can no longer be returned unless a manufacturing fault is present.
Which brake pad compound should I choose for my riding style?
We offer four main compounds: Semi-Metallic for all-purpose use, Sintered for longevity in wet/gritty conditions, Race Matrix for high-end performance, and E-Bike specific pads designed to handle the increased weight and heat of electric mountain bikes.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
All Uberbike components come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage resulting from improper installation or crashes.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
