Returns & Exchanges

At Uberbike Components, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the components in their original retail packaging and pack them securely in a shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix your return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned components to verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
